We are a two tree family. We have the regular big tree with all the ornaments & this is where we keep the presents. Then we have a smaller tree we call the angel tree. Every year we get a new angel ornament to remember my sister who passed away. If I could only load my car with possessions, the angel ornaments would be one of the first things to come with me. It is a way to remember without being sad & to remind us of the true meaning of Christmas: religion, family & love. Works for me!

I was touched by that idea. We lost our daughter 10 years ago and I do buy an angel ornament each year but it is just put on our tree I dont know that our little ones 8 and 7 really understand it. I think I am going to go and get a small tree and get pics out and make a whole thing out of it this year and then start setting the tree up every year. Thanks.
