I just finished redecorating my room & I can’t believe all the difference it has made. I went from a fluorescent green (It was 2001 all the cool kids were doing it), to a soothing brown. I didn’t’ t really think I was a muted color kind of person. I wear orange pants. However, it has toned down the forest green carpet (It was 1995, all the cool kids were doing it). I sleep better, I work better, I smile more. So from now on, no more what the cool kids are doing. Decorating is about me & what I want to live with, unless the cool kids like sparkly stuff, in which case I will probably follow them again, I just can’t help it.
