Most mom’s of teenagers have stories about how their child at some point wanted to paint all of their walls black, which is of course met with cries of horror. In my quest to learn more about all different kinds of colors, I learned that black is a color, unlike white which is not a color. An all black room can seem quite depressing, but I’ve seen some rooms with black walls that I really liked. The key to this is just to balance the dark color out with a lot of white, cream, taupe or even pink. Edward from "Trading Spaces", always says that every room should have a touch of black. Black paint can make any beat up piece of furniture look like a designer high end piece.
