I love watching the show “Moving Up” on TLC. It always makes me think about house values. Real estate values change so much state to state. The same house could be $200,000 in Utah, & $800,000 in California. That’s just the way that things go with property values. I think it’s smart to always know house values in your neighborhood & state. You could be sitting on a gold mine & not even know it. It might be time for you to move out, but there is no way for you to know unless you are aware what your house is worth & what kind of house you can get for that money where you want to live.
