Good idea but….

The crib that I used when I was a little kid is still sitting in the basement. My mom saved it for me, for when I have kids someday. It’s such a cool idea, & I’m so glad she did. However, this also means that we’ve had to store it for 24 years, & will probably have to do so for many more years before it gets any actual use. This is why convertible cribs are becoming so popular. For the same price as a regular crib, you can buy one that is a crib, but can also change into a full size bed, & a day bed. This means that your kid can have the same piece of furniture all the way through their growing up years. It won’t just be in the basement gather dust.
