My decorating style is mostly influenced by Spain. I love the rich colors & iron work. Ironically, I’ve never been to Spain, but it is on the list of things that I want to accomplish in this life. I realized last week that I have finally saved up enough money to go on a trip to Europe, which has been a lifelong dream of mine. Then, I had to decide where exactly I wanted to go. I would have to say somewhere in Spain like costa blanca. I’ve heard that things are a lot less expensive in Spain compared to some of the other European countries. Besides that, I’ve always been drawn to Spain. I love the language & the food & would like to get to know the country & people better. In high school Spanish class, I remember looking at pictures of Spain & just thinking that it looked like home, even though I’ve never been there before.
It’s difficult to decide where exactly to go, because I will probably only get this opportunity once, I don’t want to mess it up. I was looking at a site called alicante-spain.com & was amazed at all of the cool things to see, such as Villajoyosa which is famous for it’s chocolate. I know, a European vacation & chocolate, what could be better right? I’m definitely going to look into Alicante-Spain’s free travel guides that even have directions.
I’ve been thinking about this trip since I was in high school. I’ve been saving for it, for the last year. It’s been a lot of work, but it’s nice to finally be out of the dreaming stage, & into the planning stage. I never really thought that I would reach this point, although I had hoped I would It’s so nice to see my dreams get one more step closer to coming true.
