We’ve all had that one piece of office equipment that acts like it has been possessed. It’s usually whatever piece of office equipment that you need to use the most. It is usually broken in proportion to how much of a time crunch you are in.

Awhile ago, I was trying to fax something. The fax machine just wouldn’t work, & it took a lot of yelling & maybe a little cursing, & two hours to get it to send one simple fax. I was almost in tears. I kept thinking, “I’m a college graduate, & yet I can’t even get the fax machine to work”. In that time I probably could’ve driven to wherever I was sending the fax & delivered it in person. So, I think good office equipment is a wise investment. It actually saves you money & time in the long run.

A big part of being in business is knowing where to spend your money to save time. My cheap fax machine that is slowly eating away my free time is not helping me. I admit that now.
