I once asked my mom if she felt grown up. She replied that she didn’t. I then asked my grandmother who said “No I still don’t feel grown up”. In a way it was comforting to know that it wasn’t just me. I can’t believe that I’m 25. I don’t feel like a “grown up”. I think this has to do with my lack of permanence. I just move from apartment then back home then into another apartment.
I’ve been thinking about buying new bedroom furniture. Hopefully this will help me feel more grown up & it’s also a good investment. I will have these pieces for decades to come. However, I still need to find a good deal. This will be the first “real” furniture that I buy for myself. I was looking at Wholesale Furniture Brokers & was very happy to see that they are open to the public. A lot of wholesale sites are just open to designers, so it was nice to see that I could get wholesale prices too. Wholesale Furniture Brokers saves money because they don’t have to pay for retail space. I was shocked to learn that retailers mark up their furniture 270%-1000%. However, at this site I could easily buy an entire 4 piece bedroom set for the price I’d pay for one piece at a retail store.
They can deliver anywhere in the US. They are very devoted to customer service, you can even order an individual piece from a set if you e-mail them. Their selection is astonishing, there were several bedroom sets that literally made me say “Wow”. Yes, the furniture is so pretty that it made me actually talk to my computer. I can’t wait to buy some grown up bedroom furniture.
