I was at the dollar store & saw all of this furry yarn. Then I tried to keep myself from jumping up & down. I’d never knit with it before because I hate when I spend more on knitting than I do on food. So my mom & I decided to make scarves for Christmas gifts. I decided to use a knitting loom because we have tons of family & not a lot of time. Besides the fact that I’ve been stressed out lately & wrapping yarn around a peg is about all that I can handle
I’ve been looking around & there are even different stitches that can be done on the knitting loom, but most of the patterns are smarter than I am. So in the end I decided to ignore the fact that the dollar store also had very cute ready made scarves for sell & hopefully everyone will be happy with their handmade presents.

coolness! I saw some knitting looms at walmart yesterday…was wondering how one uses them. are they easy for kids *age 4-5* to use? my son wants to share in the joy of yarn with me.

Knitting looms… I could get behind that.
I’ve found in the past that people have always been pretty happy with their handmade presents.
